The Sewell's lived in Rutland and Lincolnshire.  They had 3 sons, William (who lived in Barrowden) John and Benjamin (lived in Lincolnshire) both William and Benjamin died in Barrowden Rutland. I do not know where Joseph came from.  He was born about 1712 - and going on naming patterns his father would have been Benjamin.  Ann Sewell we think came from Uppingham and was also born about 1712.
