I have been trying to find any info. on the Bamford family from Stoke Albany. I have my g g grandad John Bamford c1825 on the National Burial index on 3/9/1865 St Botolph also a Thomas Bamford [23/3/1852] The family that appear on the 1961 census are listed as George Bamford 1859 Jane Bamford 1853 John Bamford 1825 Lydia Bamford [Harding] 1830 Willm Bamford 1856 They all list their place of birth as Stoke Albany.
