Ancestor Gateway Forum - Childhood Memories, School Memories and Contacts New Topic  |  Search Thread Topic: dolls and toy dogs Topic Originator: Marion Post Date July 18, 2005 @ 2:03 PM  dolls and toy dogs Marion July 18, 2005 @ 2:03 PM Reply  |  Email  |  Print  |  Top I didn't like dolls very much when I was young.  I had a doll which was made of material and had a pot head.  I suppose it was a bit hard and cold.  I had a doll's pram but was not keen on pushing it much.  Later on I had a really big doll completely material.  She was dark green and I think had a sort of pointy hat.  I called her Angeline.  I really loved that doll.  I also had a toy dog, but I sold it in a "pretend" raffle for 6 pence.  I always wished I hadn't sold him.
