Clem Walden July 20, 2008 @ 8:32 PM Reply  |  Email  |  Print  |  Top My dad played for the Town way back in the late 20's, played left back so I was told, as a young boy my dad would take me to all the home games on Saturday's,  big gates then up to 2/3 thousand spectators, I can only remember one player "Yorky" he was the best a great player ! a blond demon! when he got the ball! still recall all those "shouts"  "come on Yorky" "off side ref" "show em the way boy's" that would be in the late 40's unable to remember any other players.
