Im trying to remember publicans from the late seventies to the eighties. I remember Terry who ran the Reindeer with?  I think ice cream John took over, I also think he committed suicide? Kathy and Neville ran the London Inn. Patsy and Vic ran the Marsh Harrier(OPEN TILL 4 ON FRIDAYS)!! Vic used to come down and put on "In the Mood" on the gramaphone. Anyone remember more.
Kate: Hi Ian.  Nice to hear from you.
Everybody, read this thread in conjunction with the "Pubs" thread lower down the list.

I believe Mr and Mrs Ringham or Wringham ran The Hurdler on New Cross Road for many years with a small shop at the side of the pub itself. The Hurdler of course being Lord Burghley. There was a large orchard at the back of the pub with good apple trees, I'm saying no more than that!
Kate:  Thanks Richard
